Flameflicker and Lightstep padded into camp, a large white tom with five kits on his back following. The tom glanced around warily, his kits more curious then scared.
"Applestar!" Flameflicker called out, waiting for his leader. Applestar emerged from her den, and when she saw the rouge her eyes widened.
"Who is this?" She asked. Her head had a stream of memories running through it, she knew this tom somehow. Lightstep padded forward.
"He says his name is Blizzard...... and he used to run Blizzardclan." Blizzard nodded, his tail flicking and his eyes scanning the cats. One of his kits let out a small squeak, and buried her face in her dad's thick fur.
Applestar's eyes widened. "Blizzardstar?! Why did you leave!" She half spat at him.
"My mate was dying.... and our kits were weak.. I couldnt let them die with her..." He said, eyes clouded. "Im sorry, Appleleaf..."
"Im Applestar now." She said bitterly. "And are those your kits?"
He nodded. "All five of them." He glanced around, seeing eyes narrow, and claws scrape the dust. "They are only five moons." He said to Applestar. "You cant blame them."
Applestar sighed. "Alright, you may stay for a few days. Meanwhile my clan will decide if you can stay." She leaped away without another word, leaveing her murmuring clan behind.

"Autumn wont leave dad's side, she thinks the clans going to kill her." Coal said, his eyes narrowed into slits. "The clan doesnt like us.... even if were just kits...."

Flameflicker sighed. "I have no idea..." Then he glanced at her. "Lightstep, meet me on the Two-Leg bridge at midnight." He blinked once, then padded quickly away.

Lightpaw went over to Raven and sniffed him. "Where do you come from?", she asked. "You smell so...er...different," she said, trying to be as nice as she could.

"Okay, that's cool!" Lightpaw said to Raven. "By the way, my name is Lightpaw. I'm a BlizzardClan apprentice. And that," she said, flicking her tail over her shoulder at a black tom cat, "Is my brother, Jetpaw. He's an apprentice too."

Lightpaw felt something in the pit of her stomach. Staring down Sandpaw, although it made the sandy she-cat stop flirting with Falconpaw, didn't make Lightpaw feel any better. In fact, it made her feel worse. Lightpaw stared after Sandpaw, wishing she could take it back.

Whilst Limeleaf babbled on, Silentmeadow got up and padded in the direction of the Hunting Meadow. She blinked once at Thornbramble, in that one blink telling him to follow her, before darting off in the woods.
